Refund policy

You as the Customer have the right to reject defective goods within 48 hours of receipt of goods, the goods must be returned or shipped to AST-132 within 48 hours of receipt, you will be reimbursed if we agree AST-132 is at fault. Disagreements over what is found to be a defective good should be resolved by discussions between us and you as the Customer in the first instance.
